Just did a first time order with SLI in Milan, and mind you it was a large first order... They were so accommodating and extremely quick with any response/update. I loved that you can go in and physically see the quality of the products, the staff will sit with you and compare any product for you, help you design, anything you need! We've had a great experience with SLI. They produced and installed our sign for our new business, as well as coffee mugs! Everything was very easy, communication was easy and professional, and all of our products came in on time (or early!).
