Very professional, respectful and polite.
Elara Care Hospice canceled my mom's care before she got a new hospice company, they weren't supposed to, and Elara called Carelinc to disconnect her oxygen. She will die without oxygen. The gentleman at Carelinc refused to disconnect it! They helped her when they didn't have to, because of Elara Care was being complete jerks!

Way to go Carelinc!!!!!

I LOVE Ann Arbor CareLinc. Every staff member I have worked with has been exceptionally efficient, thorough, and friendly. The process is always very easy to work with this company and location.

I have had a very positive experience working with this Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company for CPAP supplies through my health insurance in 2023. They have communicated with me well over the phone (mainly working with Allison) regarding what sizes of mask parts are ordered, and when I should expect them to arrive/ when I should order what parts in the future. I also had a good experience in person as a walk-in when I exchanged a CPAP hose for a climate control or heated hose. I haven't had to negotiate anything too difficult so far. But unlike some other DME companies, I don't have any complaints.

Mike was very helpful as my husband selected a new mask. He explained the alternatives and demonstrated how they worked. He was knowledgeable and personable. We appreciated his care.

The Carelinc service is top-notch. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Carelinc to family and friends. Also, I can not go without mentioning Dustin (delivery technician). His workmanship was impeccable. The care he showed in getting me familiarize with the equipment to help prepare me to care for a family member in the last stages of his life. Thanks so much!!!
