(May 11, 2023, 10:47 am)First Off, allow me to preface this review and say that we were unable to find someone to work on our Box Truck, we were told the vehicle was too big, or that there wasn't enough staff to take on a project like ours... UNTIL we found Shrader. Jamy Ortbring was extremely helpful & knowledgeable! He was seriously out the next day, (he came to US!) AND had the box truck ready to rock by the end of his day. He walked us through why the scenario we had actually happened & how to avoid it. Jamy was very professional & thorough. Plus, I really don't think you can find a place that's better with pricing. Man, this place is a hidden Gem, we are so lucky to have found them I highly highly recommend them. I 100% will be using them again. THANK YOU, Jamy! You're a rockstar!!

(November 11, 2022, 2:07 pm)Our RV had a flat tire, and we just bought these tires new last week. Dan from Shrader Tire in Ypsilanti came out, and diagnosed the problem in seconds as a leaky valve stem. He then checked the others and found another one leaking, so we decided to just replace them all. Dan did a fantastic job, and I think from now on we'll be dealing with them when we have a problem. It is always a pleasure dealing with someone who is knowledgeable and has the skills.
