“The pharmacy tech is diligent and helpful. When there were insurance changes that happened at the beginning of the year, she let me know ahead of time that there might be price changes. I really appreciate that she made sure I was aware and gave me a chance to price shop. That's really outstanding considerate customer service. I was concerned about having to come into the store to present ID for the prescriptions and she took the time to explain to explain options with much less public contact.
