  We are so very lucky to have been clients of Ann Zalek, Key Reality! Ann is a knowledgeable, thorough agent, who really listens to her clients and works overtime to meet their needs. We worked with Ann to find a home in a very short time window. Ann listened and recommended a new home that met our needs and fulfilled our desire for newer finishes with a quiet lot. Ann stayed with us through the process of working with a builder to convert an in-progress build to meet our specifications! She has a wealth of knowledge and was always available for any issues we encountered. Ann went out of her way to contact the county and township agencies to ensure our builder was following code. When we encountered a problem (in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic) Ann and her partner Dennis met with our builder on site and represented us to fix the errors made in the build of our tile shower.
  
  Because of the pandemic, we ended up working with Ann for over 6 months, instead of the 3 we anticipated. We have gained a friend as well as an expert real estate agent. Do not hesitate to call Ann to list your home or help you as a buyer’s agent. Ann is the best decision we made in our entire moving process! She is a fantastic resource for the greater Ann Arbor area.

  I was lucky enough to find Ann Zalek online during my search for an experienced local Realtor. Ann was tremendously helpful in answering all of my questions and finding the answers I needed during the entire house finding and buying journey. She truly cared, listened, and helped make the process be not quite so scary. I highly recommend Ann!

  We were looking for a local agent to help sell our current home and search for a new home about 45 min away from the Ypsilanti area. Ann was AMAZING as both our selling and buying agent. For our current home, she gave meaningful advice about how to best market our home, provided consistent and professional communication throughout the process, and was a rock during some very uncertain times! As our buying agent, she worked hard to find us homes that fit our price range and needs and always stayed positive while coming up with options! She was creative with her ideas, honest with her feedback while touring other homes, and always had needed advice. I would HIGHLY recommend Ann Zalek to friends, family, and anyone else who is in need of a trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable real estate professional.
