Springfield Urgent Care

We had a very good experience at this urgent care today. Everyone that helped us was very friendly and kind. This included Barb at the front desk, our nurse tech Henry, and our NP Jamie. I was visiting family from out of town and both of my young boys came down with different things. I was able to make an appointment online quickly and complete all the paperwork ahead of time. That made our time in-office quick and easy. They saw us right on time. I was thankful to get in fast and to be well cared for

The office is super clean and efficiently run. The receptionist Barb is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and nice. She went the extra mile to make my 3 year old and I feel comfortable. The practitioner we met with named Megan was also great. She was knowledgeable, had great bedside manner, and figured out our issue right away.

I will be returning to this urgent care whenever I need medical care. Keep up the great work!

I am so glad Springfield Urgent Care is down the road from our home. I was able to be seen quickly and was welcomed by Ms. Betty who was very kind and professional. I was also seen by Vanessa (NP) and spoke to Emily on the phone. All three were so nice, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic!

P.S. We had to return to the clinic a week later for my husband. He was welcomed by Barbara who was very kind and efficient in getting my husband right into the exam room. My husband was seen by Emily and Vanessa. Everyone was very attentive, professional and so nice. Two thumbs up from my husband.

Had by far the best experience at an urgent care at the Saline Springfield Urgent Care. The staff was all super kind, and empathetic. I truly felt cared about under their care, and I appreciate they took the time to find the right prescriptions to help me. I have the pleasure of being seen by Josh for initial intake, and then saw Jillian as my provider. These two went above and beyond in every way. I would recommend family, friends, and anyone reading this to give them a shot! I was able to make an appointment online, and even was able to reschedule it for an hour later due to needing more time to get to the appointment. I had no way once I arrived from my appointment and was able to be seen right away. I rarely leave reviews, but there's no way I couldn't leave one for this Urgent Care as again it was the best urgent care experience I have had in my whole 30 years. Thank you again to your staff, including the receptionist that checked me in as well, kind right from the start. The staff should be proud of themselves!

I had the most amazing experience today at the Springfield Urgent Care in Saline Michigan. My first interaction was with Ms. Betty Jones who managed to check me in efficiently and got everything ready for the next step. She was helpful, welcoming, skilled and pleasant. Since I wasn’t feeling well I truly appreciated her professionalism. I was called in to the examining room and Josh (CA) efficiently documented my illness and collected vitals. He was pleasant and efficient. I had the pleasure of seeing him again after my visit with the PA as I needed a few tests. Josh didn’t disappoint he performed the tests quickly and without issue. My visit with Gillian Clifford, the NP-PA was equally as impressive. She was very thorough in her exam and took great care of me. I was delighted to have such a wonderful experience today. Sometimes you get one impressive care provider but today I was delighted to have three awesome professionals provide me care. Nice job Betty, Josh and Gillian!
