This was the first time in many years I had needed physical therapy. I went in for a hip and back problem. Reception ladies were able to schedule me in quickly and with very convenient days and times. Therapists were all great. They each take your therapy needs seriously. I was evaluated and given a combined program of stretching and strengthening exercises to do. Each appointment they checked my progress and made any revisions to my therapy needs. No wasted time here, as the therapists function together as a group keeping you moving. After a few weeks my problem hip and back pain has been eliminated. The last day I was given a printed list of exercises to stretch and strengthen me. The rest is my responsibility to keep doing the exercises. Lots of hands on and instructions to be sure your getting the best results.
I wish I could list all the names of the therapists who worked with me. From the front desk ladies to the therapists, all were very good. The location has easy access and plenty of very close parking. If you need therapy this is the place to go.
