My family was in need of home health care following our 89 year old’s father’s hospital stay. The hospital automatically arranged for a large agency to work with us. We had no idea that we even had a say in which agency we worked with. Unfortunately, it was a disaster!! I won’t bother with the details, but suffice it to say, we discontinued our involvement with them. I was determined to find a small agency. One that communicated with us and with each other. One that listened to our concerns. One that truly developed an individual, patient focused treatment plan. One with a highly trained, competent staff. We found all of these dynamics at Kaizen, in Saline. We have since called on them intermittently, as needed. They have become a crucial part of our fathers’ care team. I highly recommend this agency.
