Delhi Metropark

Nice, family-friendly place. I liked that it's not crowded and quiet. Fishing is amazing here it's Holly Water, which means you can't keep any fish, but it's easy to catch 😉 and have fun

There are 3 or 4 Metroparks within an hour of each other in the Ann Arbor area. This is one of them. All are clean and have areas for picnics and other activities ranging from Hiking, Fishing, Golf (Disc or regular), canoeing/kayaking OR RELAXING! We visited 3 on the same day and I can't recall exactly which one Delhi was, but I know it had at least one trail that had nice views of rivers, steams and wooded areas.

Southeast Michigan is blessed with several well-kept metro parks, and more people need to visit them - if only to escape your phone and the rat-race for an hour. Bring a friend, lover or your kids - unless they have no soul, they will enjoy themselves.

A lovely large park with a playground, uncovered grilling area with 2 grills, restrooms, access to the river, lots of benches for sitting, and extensive mown areas for running energy out of little legs. I saw 2 baseball diamonds as well. And not a lot of people.

Very peaceful morning there. Weather was nice but it was early so the grass was still very dewy.

I love kayaking down the huron river, it's clean and so peaceful!!
