The site is secure, clean, and easily accessible, but the best part was the helpful, friendly, and professional staff that helped us with every aspect of the storage. I'd like to give a special acknowledgement for Sue and Theresa, who go above and beyond. If you are looking for storage in the Ann Arbor/Dexter/Chelsea are (big or small), I highly recommend Pirates Cove!

(July 5, 2022, 12:12 pm)I love this place. In fact, I was sad to leave 🙂 Seriously! The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is always someone on the grounds mowing, sweeping, monitoring... All to say the safety of the area is obvious. The climate controlled units are brand new and the air-conditioning was awesome as we moved boxes in and out. The door to the building has a magnetic system that holds it open which is SO HELPFUL! The place is a bit outside of town but is worth the drive.
