I had to have my water tested and it turned out I had a bacteria in my water. I called Cribley to have them come out and fix it. They could have easily charged me money but instead told me that I could probably do it on my own. They gave me the chlorine I needed, specific instructions, and even walked me through it over the phone for 15 minutes completely free of charge. I will forever recommend Cribley for the epic customer service they showed me.

Their driver saw me on the side of the road before the Dexter Tunnel, he knew I was trying to determine if my air conditioner was to tall on the top on my living Quarters to fit under the bridge.

He pulled up & said you'll fit, you're fine.
I explained I was a school bus driver for Dexter for years & I knew my trailer would fit, I just wasn't sure if my air-conditioner would, I told him I just got the trailer.

He drove forward, went under the bridge, got out of his truck walked to the bridge & guided my thru ,
WHO DOES THIS ?
He encouraged me by waving his hand in a forward motion, used his arms to show me the distance I had to spare to assure me I was 👍 ok.

I'm a senior citizen, & I can tell you ,this is how I remember things used to be, it restores your faith in humanity.

SENIORS : ( whom were all the baby boomers) maybe theirs still hope for this planet.

Millennial's , GEN Z er, & all of the others out thier after the 90's , back in the day ,stopping, taking the time & helping someone out was the way we were raised, you felt good doing it, you were happy to assist, this is how we managed with out cell phones.
People stepped in to ask if you needed help, it was the way of the land.

My well holding tank sprung a leak and I was frantic, called Cribley and the sent out Ben and Ken. Found the issues and installed a new holding tank. Also gave me many helpful tips! Wonderful job!

Called at noon on Saturday with water pressure issue. They arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem and had everything back in working order by 3 pm. Couldn't ask for better service along with thorough explanation of what was needed. Stan and Andy did a fantastic job! Thanks so much Cribley!
