Clark & Avis Spike Preserve

Nice boardwalk and mowed path near and along grassy fields and wetlands. Very good birding.

A lovely set of meadows full of flowers in summer. There is wetland and boardwalks as well. Easy access. I personally knew the Spikes. This reserve is a beautiful place donated by two beautiful people

Great little place to get out and enjoy nature. We in Michigan are blessed with many such places.

Nice bridges, mowed pretty well until you walk the back loop, then had to turn around, Peacful place.

It's a nice place and the bridges are attractive and well made, but it's a bit small and the one trail loop has a lot of plants in the path. There is a bench at the end of the wooden path with a small open area, sort of like a deck.
