Jillian has been our go to for our travel arrangements for over 5 years. She is attentive, detailed and knowledgeable about the travel industry and has always made INCREDIBLE recommendations. We had an issue with our flights recently, caused by the airline, and Jillian was extremely persistent to ensure we got our refund. I have referred several of my friends to Jillian. She is outstanding to work with!

Jillian is amazing and exactly what we were looking for when we searched for a travel agent. She helped us plan our honeymoon to Argentina - we went to Buenos Aires, Mendoza, and Bariloche and the whole trip was an absolute dream! She's friendly, knowledgeable, so easy to communicate and work with, and is very conscious of budget and what your priorities are. We felt at ease right after our consultation call, and she listened to what our interests are/what we were looking for, and we truly could not have imagined a better itinerary. The whole trip was smooth from start to finish, and it's because of all the planning from Jillian. We cannot recommend her enough!!

Jillian was phenomenal! She made planning a 17 day Mediterranean dream vacation, including a 10 day Mediterranean cruise, flights, transfers and excursions so easy and stress-free! She is personable, knowledgeable and quick to respond to all emails, texts and phone calls to get you the answers you need right away. From the beginning she gets to know you and what you really want out of your travel experience. I feel like we not only have a fantastic travel agent but a friend as well, who will look out for our best interests! We love Jillian and would highly recommend her to everyone!

Working with Jillian was the best experience! From our first consultation - planning was a really smooth process. Jillian paid close attention to the things that were top priorities on the trip and worked to curate a customized plan to meet our goals for the trip. Making any adjustment to accommodation was an easy process, and Jillian was very helpful answering any questions we had before the trip. When we had an issue with one of our hotels on the trip, Jillian responded quickly to help us get it resolved. Everything was very organized which made things run so smoothly on our trip. We had detailed notes for our itinerary which helped us know where to go on each day of our trip. The tours and hotel stays on our trip was amazing! It was so great being able to work with Jillian to put together the best honeymoon/anniversary trip ever! We really appreciate all her support, insights, and fun energy through the entire process.
