734 Strength and Performance

Matt is a fantastic coach. He’s always keyed in and encouraging! I personally appreciate how he’s willing to stay late so I can stretch and do a little extra after his coach-led workouts.

Matt did excellent today! Today's workout was challenging, but Matt encouraged each athlete to finish their reps/workout.

Matt holds athletes accountable by motivating them to do certain sets unbroken. The athlete may feel defeated, but Matt is right there as if he is doing the work with you, which helps you get through.

Had a really great drop in CrossFit class this week! Friendly staff with a super nice group of athletes. Nice workout with very clear instruction. 10/10 would recommend.

734 Strength is like your own personal gym, but with friends! I started going in March 3x/week to get in shape for my wedding and I like it so much I'm still going, two months later. I've made life-long friends at 734 Strength and surrounded by good people that also prioritize taking care of themselves.

Aaron and Wayne are awesome coaches that care about safety and each persons individual ability. Because of this, I've learned so many things I never thought I could do. Every new movement is broken down into smaller movements that make it easy to learn. After every class I feel good about pushing myself out of my comfort zone, learning something new, and having fun while doing it.

This community has quickly come to feel like a family. I look forward to working out and challenging myself in new and unique ways. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly caring. They care about your progress and success. They will stop in the middle of a workout to make sure you are making the correct modifications as necessary or will find a way to make the workout fit your level of fitness. The team atmosphere is so motivating. Every single person is cheering you on and wants to see you succeed and do the best you can during the workout. I would recommend that anyone that has ever considered Crossfit, come to a class at 734 because they will want to stay and be part of this family.
