All Point Stone

I had an issue with my gas fireplace not starting. Wanted it running before the Christmas season. Gave All Point a call and Bill picked right up. No voice prompt. No leaving a message just to receive no call back. What's better is that he spent 30 minutes on the phone with me, walking me through the steps to try and get it started. We got it to work all over the phone and didn't charge me a dime. Could have charged me over 200 to come over and fix it. People like that are rare in this industry and will use this company for any work we need done.

I was selling a home and needed some work to clean up the chimney. Bill was very communicative about the process and even scheduled around the unpredictable Michigan spring weather to get this done, which meant he and his team worked from late afternoon into the night to get what needed to get done on time for the sale of the home. He provided options and upfront pricing to fix the issues from a full dismantling of upper chimney and rebuilding to patching and repairing all noticeable defects he observed during his inspection. I choose to patch, repair and paint. So his team came out and provided an inspection, interior and exterior cleaning, brick patching, tucking the joints, brick painting, repairing and extending the liner and putting on a cap. It turned out great and I'm very appreciative of him and the clear communication. Also took PayPal which made paying him super easy. I included some before and after photos to show the great work. I would highly recommend. I also learned he has an insane amount of knowledge of brick and concrete and learned some tips and tricks for my own projects with concrete that were not related to the current job. Thank you Bill and your team for everything. You guys went above and beyond to get this done on time and it looks great. Thanks.

Highly recommended. Mr. Martin was very nice and helpful. I called to make an appointment to fix my fireplace, he offered to teach me how to investigate any problems. He walk me through it by the phone until my problem solved. He didn’t even charge me for that. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was having issues keeping my gas fireplace lit. I called All Points and spoke with Bill. Bill was extremely helpful; he advised me that fireplace issues can be really tricky. He walked me through a few things that could be wrong, and pointed me right to the wall switch. While we were on the phone, I was able to fix the problem with his help! He could have scheduled a time to come out and charge me for the service, but instead, he helped me over the phone for no cost. He’s not about the money, but about the service. I would gladly hire him!

Great work, asked for a fireplace inspection and unlike the other places they picked up the phone and were able to get us scheduled same day in an hour! He not only checked the fireplace but took the time to clean the chimney as well. Bill is a cool guy to talk to and mentioned some pretty amazing things he's done for previous customers (e.g. building a fireplace outdoors in the winter snow). I think this is one of those small underrated places that are a better value than the big companies, would recommend.
