Redwood Ypsilanti

Redwood Ypsilanti has been a great experience. The units are accessible for the mobility impaired which was very important for the elder members of our household family. The grounds are clean, open, and well kept. I can’t say enough about the maintenance crew and Ron in particular who spearheads requests. They are prompt and willing to discuss any issue with serious concern even when I am not sure myself. Sarah and April in the office were amazing when we were initially trying to find a residence here whilst we were still out of state. They gave virtual walkthroughs and helped us immensely with the approval process. Just wanna say thanks to the Redwood Ypsilanti Team! This is one of best apartment renting experiences I have had.

Sara was amazing with helping us with the application process and the tour. The homes are stunning, the neighborhood is beautiful and well kept. They also have a great pet policy, which is amazing for someone with the most gentle giant of a dog. Such a relief.

We’re coming up on 1 year living in Redwood and we absolutely love it! The staff is kind, informative and always willing to help with any questions or concerns (shout to Sarah, she’s awesome!). Maintenance requests are easy to submit & are always resolved quickly. We had an issue with our garage door right after NYE and they had it fixed within a couple days! If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, friendly place to call home this is definitely it!

It's a beautiful, well kept property. I felt a since of peace from the moment I walked into the leasing model. The decor was first class and to walk through the unit at my own pace was a joy. Redwood Apartments will be my new "forever" home.

I selected my apartment and it is absolutely fantastic. I love the location and my surroundings. The apartment looks as though no one ever lived there. It was very pristine and clean. I am so happy and will be ecstatic when I move in.

Redwood Ypsilanti just feels like home. The community is beautifully landscaped with ponds, flowering trees and plants.The office staff goes to great lengths to help in any way they can. Sara, the office manager is wonderful! She was instrumental in helping me find the apartment I absolutely love. Sara is always quick to answer my questions, offering solutions or suggestions. Maintenance issues are quickly resolved. Ron promptly responds whenever I submit a maintenance request. He is very kind and takes time to answer my questions; even when he’s extremely busy. I am so happy I moved to Redwood Ypsilanti. It was a great decision.
