“Even though I haven't been there in about 6 years I knew both the owners their daughters and son. I lived there for many years when the mom and dad was alive. They were the best people you could ever want to know and they're daughter Jill's husband Brian was my caretaker at Rainbow rehabilitation after I was hit by a drunk driver walking back to the hotel from work. They were easy go work with and they never bothered you about money if owed for a couple of days. I've owed for two weeks when I got sick and they let me pay it off as I could when I had extra money Everyone loved the owners especially Millie the mom. It's the only hotel on Michigan Avenue that I will stay in.”

I appreciate them asking parents not to have opposite sex kids over a certain age since women and girls are changing in there. They have family changing rooms for that which is nice.”

I came to this location during my lunch hour since I needed an oil change before the weekend and couldn't get an appointment at my dealership without taking time off of work. I was helped by a young man (I believe his name was Gavin) and he was great. He answered any questions I had since it was my first time getting an oil change outside of my dealership, made sure that he showed me a new unopened bottle of oil to prove it wasn't tampered with or refilled, and pointed out an air filter that needed to be changed as well. I appreciate his help and service, and he had it all done in a timely manner.”
