Here are the highlights: -Their prices were fair (quote was for labor only, materials were paid thru-out the project and receipts were provided for all items). -They were super communicative and honest about everything, including costs and delays. -Their entire team was extremely friendly (with us and our 90lb dog) and made us feel comfortable with them in our home. -They were patient with us and our decision making and questions. -They went above and beyond to be helpful, going so far as to check on our home when we were out of town during a large summer storm. -They cleaned up completely after the project was complete. -Most importantly: THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. They are very detail-oriented and clearly care about the quality of the work they deliver. The tile work looks spectacular. They take care to make sure the client is happy and they will tell you what they believe works or doesn't work. “I visit lots of Biggby shops (I'm Biggby 4 life) and this one is a nice one. It's not a place to actually get some work done on your laptop - it is small and busy so it does get noisy. It is cozy enough to pretend to work. I checked out the merch while I was waiting for my drink and I found a real gem: one of the softest t-shirts 👕 to be found. $16 is a great price so of course I got a blue one. The parking lot is tiny and spots are tight. The other shops look interesting. When I'm back in the area I know which Biggby I'm going to. 😀 ☕”
