Their turn-around time was far out - like any reliable repair company at that time of year - but the man I spoke to at Mobile Mower Repair had a theory of what the issue was and explained a simple fix that I'd overlooked, saying 'if that doesn't work, give us a call back'. Well, it worked! But then I didn't need to call back and pay them for their services... so I'm here to pay it forward. Their thoughtful consideration of my issue and generosity with their expertise saved me *weeks* of time and who knows how much money.
