Guitar Center

This place is awesome, I have been going to this store a couple times a week for the past 2 months. The sales team and workers here are very knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you have the best experience possible at a music store. A special thanks to Jerome, Scott, Amy and Nate. They have been so helpful in helping not only pick out some good equipment for my grandkids but also answering every and all questions that I have. I plan on taking my grandkids up there just to meet them so I can tell the kids here is the team that made it possible for me to get your equipment.

Great customer service and very polite, service like this makes you feel like family and will keep me coming back to this store for all my musical needs. Once again I would like to say thank you and I will highly recommend your store to all my friends.

Guitar Center Rocks 🎸

My son and I visited the Allen Park, MI Guitar Center on 6/5/21. The mission was to find a new 5-string bass for my son. While there, I headed into the keyboard area (I took lessons as a child but haven't played since 1989 or so). Kyle approached me and we just started chatting. I appreciated his easy going, relaxed nature. As we talked, he asked if I ever thought about playing again and my answer was "all the time, but I don't have a lot of free time." He explained to me that they had some great keyboards without a lot of money out of pocket. So, I ended up purchasing a Casio CDP S350 that they had on sale. I'm glad that I did! I love this unit and have already downloaded an app to help be get reacquainted with the keys. Thank you, Kyle, for your assistance and your calm and reassuring demeanor. Your kind words about playing an instrument struck a chord with me. If you're Kyle's manager and reading this, please mentor him and help him grow. I work in sales and see a lot of potential in this young man!

My visit to this Guitar Center was extremely satisfying. I walked in feeling anxious and upset about a purchase I made. But I walked out a very happy customer. Thank you Eric S. you are awesome man. You helped me tremendously! Yes great customer service still exists at the Guitar Center, Allen Park, MI.

Also, very good customer service. Greeted at the door and had 4 people help me before I left. They have people that specialize in there department, but more then willing to help out in others should the need arise.

A lovely Experience, first-time in a music store. So very welcoming, following all Corvid guidelines. We felt really safe, I had brought my daughter in the get her first guitar that she brought herself and it did not have a lot of people in the building. We felt like VIP . We will be back. You guys keep up your Amazing personalities in these trying times good customer service is so hard to find.!!!!
