  I came to purchase a replacement laptop keyboard after my first replacement via Amazon failed on me. Ray was able to deliver a working replacement in a timely manner, and was courteous and understanding to boot. I really appreciated his assistance with my hardware!

  Wonderful place, went to look for information about getting a gaming computer for my son. My son was provided with plenty of information and specs on various parts. Provided great pricing and options for payment. Extremely nice and very professional and well informed, will definitely continue to use the services provided here.

  My husband and I visited this store looking for a stylus and my husband found a laptop/tablet we were just talking about a few days earlier. Ray gave us a good deal, with two other attachments (one being a stylus) without charge. Great service and personable owner. He has been in Belleville for 20+ years. That shows that his community loves him. Would definitely come back for tech advice, buys, and other services.

  I recently went in to inquire about a stylus, and end up buy an Window Surface. This device was actually something I had been looking into getting. The price point was great, the technology even better, and the customer service excellent. I would recommend this store anyone.

  I recently received a work at home job opportunity and in order to start, there was quite a bit of computer equipment that I had to purchase ASAP. I found this place online, called, and went in the same day. Ray was most helpful and very informative about what I would need. I was able to purchase all of the necessary equipment (used and affordable). During my training, I have already noticed that some of my colleagues in the training are having technical difficulties with their brand new equipment they purchased at major retailers, but not me. Ray made sure I had everything I would need and be most prepared for success. I really appreciate the time and effort he took to give me such great customer service. Thank you 🙏🏾 Ray and keep up the great work!
