“I was honestly really surprised to see all the negative reviews. I have never had a negative customer service experience here. The only issue I've experienced is that their prices/coupons/computers/website can be really glitchy. You can order online for pickup and the system doesn't work well and will let you order things they don't even stock at a specific store. Their website quite often has lower prices but they are always happy to price match (to match their own website, I don't know if they match other stores, but they are usually the cheapest anyway). I know that this individual store is not responsible for the computer issues, that's a corporate level problem, so I hesitate to remove a star, but it does affect the shopping experience (especially checkout time...) If I were rating only things this specific store is responsible for, such as customer service, cleanliness, etc., I would give them 5 stars.”
