The dealership kept my Jeep for 25 hours before they told me they were just looking at it. Then they said it needed a $2000 heater core replacement. Took it to Bill instead. He quoted $1100 to do the heater replacement (a real pain in the butt job to do) but instead just changed the thermostat, back-flushed the heater core and flushed and filled the coolant system. Solved my no-heat problem. Was done in 5 hours and charge a fraction of the core replacement. That's why I keep coming back to Top Value.
