Downriver Guns

Today I went to downriver guns to get in some range time and also purchase a gun I had my eyes on for the last couple days. I went in and was greeted by Rodney who is always so great he knows a lot of his customers by name. Rodney came over to the gun cases and started helping me get my gun out that I wanted to look at during this time Cliff came over and took the gun I was looking at and gave it to another customer to look at. After reviewing a few different guns I went to purchase the gun I origanlly wanted and Cliff had a customer at the counter buying my gun I wanted. Rodney was very up set that Cliff took the gun out from under us. The customer that was buying the gun felt so bad he offered to not buy it so I could purchase it as I planned on doing in the first place. I declined and told the gentleman thank you. I want to tell you what a great employee Rodney is and I think Cliff needs more training in customer service. Cliff up set me so much I wanted that specific gun really bad and I have been a loyal customer of yours for awhile. Thank you to Rodney I will be back but you need to teach Cliff how to not interfere with Rodney’s sales.

First time purchaser of a firearm and I'm glad I chose this place! When I first walked in all employees were helping other customers so being the nice guy I am I hung back and waited. After about 5-6 minutes of waiting I walked up to the counter and was greeted by John. Of all the places I have shopped in the past this was the best customer service ever! All employees were super friendly and every customer that came in were also friendly. I will definitely be going back to take the cpl class that they offer. If you're in the market for a new firearm I recommend going here.

Everyone here at Downriver Guns was very friendly, I came in, got educated and my needs were all fully met. Andrew took care of me and did a great job, I was referred by my Coworker Wade.

Great place to go to browse all the new goodies. Great and friendly staff and people. Clean and fancy range as well!
