Total body workout! Takes a bit to know all the moves, but the pros are always there for instructions and demonstrations!! 10/10 love going!!

The trainers are so kind, they take their time teaching moves during your time. They push you to do your best. And the workouts are great! Different every time, so I'm always a little sore after!
