I was VERY happy with my experience. This LA insurance is up the street from my apartment. I went in to get insurance on my vehicle and renew my tags. Nancy was very professional and such a big help! She also went above and beyond and was able to schedule me an appointment with Secretary of State the SAME day I came in! I was unsure if I even needed an appointment but got to SOS and I definitely did. I am so grateful for her going above and beyond for doing that. Thank you Nancy!
