Today was by far the best experience I have ever had at the SOS! Have only been to the SOS once since the pandemic and this was a better experience than the first time. Went in to get my first time driver her license and the whole process was extremely smooth! Scheduling the appointment was easy, checking in to be seen was easy, and once we got to the window was probably the easiest part. We had a 240 pm appointment, showed up a little early, just in case, and we were done and home by 3 pm. I have been going to the SOS for 20 years and I have never been in and out in under 20 minutes! The last time I was in and out that quick was when I used the kiosk to get my tags.

Today's experience was pretty good. In and out in about 20 minutes. I like the new appointment system.

Very very fast service! The girl that waited on me was super nice! I had 3 different things to do and I was in and out of there in 10 minutes!! thank you so much!
