Overall 4 stars for the years of membership and overall experience, but if I could rate according to each service, the drive thru line would only have 1 star. This is not the first or second time I have been waiting in this drive thru line for over 25 minutes. Today there was a line backed all the way to the entrance because only one lane is open. Each car has been waiting at a minimum of 5 minutes for the tube to return to them after they send it. 10 minutes for the car in front of me. I know someone who desires to work at a bank if you need more people.

Community Focus Credit Union has been there for me for many years now. From refinancing my car to save me money on interest AND lowering my car note. To approving me for not one, but two debt consolidation loans to help me get my finances in order as I prepare to purchase my first home. Lindsay was quick to tell me everything she needed to make my debt consolidation happen and once the documents were provided to her she was able to complete the loan in just 48 hours! She answered all of my phone calls and emails and just did an awesome job! They even met with me to discuss how to repair my credit when it was less than desirable for free! Now my credit is in the 700s and it was in the 500s when I first opened my account with them. I would highly recommend joining this credit union as they are able to help you in ways that a traditional bank either can’t or just won’t. I love my credit union!
