Creekside has become the best decision I could’ve made in 2020. I was a little hesitant at first because of “the stigma” of being in a trailer park community, but my mind was QUICKLY changed.

The application/approval/move-in process was extremely quick and easy (especially with corporate being out in California).

I understand new management has taken over as of August of 2020 and she has been a wonderful property manager. She has been cleaning up and repairing the park as fast as she can and is very easy to talk to and work with. Also making improvements to benefit all in the park. (Even engaging in the community with BBQ’s, Holiday Decorating Contests, and Birthday Celebrations)

Rent is reasonable and the newer homes coming in are wonderful homes to create memories and to raise a family in.

Just moving in, place looks like its getting cleaned up real good ! The new manager is amazing 👏 very helpful with the process was easy and smooth for me! Here's to a few years hope to see it keep growing better
