I took advantage of the Groupon on Synthetic Blend Oil. I was feeling leery because first I'm a woman and car shops are notorious for trying to take advantage of us. Then two, I read some of the poor reviews. It was after I bought the Groupon so I went on to the shop.

The guys truly took their time explaining the process. They showed me the dip stick before and after. They also topped off all of my fluids. Offered me a punch card. The manager even let me know that if I need additional top offs it's free of charge. He said I can come in anytime. They even helped me reset my oil indicator light.

What a wonderful first time experience! I will definitely be back again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Love this place, always get good service and no problems once we leave with their work, will never go back to any other place we tried before ... Tried going to another Valvoline place on Ford Rd but they just looked like they were lost.. shouldn't take 3 people to work on one car...
