Fifth Third Bank & ATM

The staff is ALWAYS polite (even when busy) a dental office actually bought a branch near me but, kept the ATM in the bank for customer convenience- I prefer this location & say thanks to all

We needed some support in adjusting a trust to allow my wife to help my mother in law with her banking. I called and made an appointment at the branch and wasn’t sure what to expect given some of the complicated issues with the legal documents.

Our appointment was with Aaron Hall who listened to what we needed to and set up a gameplan. He asked for our patience as he needed to coordinate with 5/3 legal and walk through several steps to accomplish what we wanted to get done.

Aaron knew exactly how to navigate the steps, worked with their legal via chat and ultimately got everything we needed to get done completed. He was excellent to work with and in this day and age, customer service seems to be an after thought. Not true with Aaron - he was amazing and shows great, caring customer service still exists today.

Cannot recommend him and 5/3 enough

Had, yet another, great experience yesterday afternoon at this branch. I have known Harpreet for probably over 10 years and she is always fantastic. Yesterday I worked with Mariam (sorry if I don't have the name right, but we talked about her daughter singing if that helps). Mariam was genuine, helpful and made me feel like she really cared. Thank you for making my day even better.
