Excellent service and staff in this ford road branch. Very helpful and kind. I went to open my bank account, and it was an excellent experience. Mary helped me in the best possible way. Highly recommended !!

Today was my first time at this branch and I was really satisfied with their service.
I just left a 1 star for the one on Wayne rd because they are really unorganized and it’s the worst branch ever so after that I had to drive to this branch which I’m glad I did.
The gentleman that was helping me was really polite and he took care of me just in a few minutes. Nothing comparable to BOA on wayne which I always had to wait forever to get my stuff done.

I love our new 7/11. Great Hotdogs. The nicest part is, it's right by my house so I can run up late at night when I have a craving for snacks or drinks that aren't in my cabinet...also probably bad for my wallet 🤣 but still super great...also makes so I can play the game "How long can your gas light stay on low fuel before its completely gone" game every week cuz I only have to drive .02 miles to fill it 😂 super polite employees too and all in all a great place

Restroom was clean and the gentlemen who checked me out at the counter was polite and helpful.

240 a gallon is going up, I really like going there to fill up👊👊

My experience on this visit was absolutely phenomenal and a very wonderful time. I was able to see the employee who was working at the time keep her professional level during the whole time that a customer was making a scene. And was letting all colorful metaphors flying off the handle and possibly directly belittled her as well. Yet this awesome employee that I would say deserves a big raise. Did not lose her composure one bit oh, and she just let this guy vent out everything. To the point where he must have said his piece because he grabbed his stuff and left. And once he got outside she gave out of sigh and looked my direction and I told her don't worry I deal with that a lot as a security officer. I complimented her on her composure ability and her actions. And it made my day because the expression of gratitude on her face was indescribable. I do hope to see her on another visit to that 7-Eleven because it would be awesome to have the chance to tell her amazing job again!
