I love working out at Z Spot. Going to classes there is the high point of my week. I love every class I have taken at Z Spot, and they offer quite a variety. Some days it is hard to choose which classes I am going to attend because I love them all. It’s awesome that there is no memership/all classes are drop in because my schedule can be so variable, it’s great to have the option to work out when I can instead of trying to figure out and commit to a schedule. Z Spot is a super positive and motivating atmosphere, and a place where everybody can feel comfortable working out.

Very nice location. Clean and well-maintained. It's a smaller space, but they make good use of it and are well-equipped whether you enjoy cardio or lifting. Owner is professional and responsive.

HIGHLY Recommend! This studio is amazing. Great workout every time and lots of fun! I have had so many issues finding a studio where I am comfortable to work out at. The staff is incredibly friendly and fun to work with. They make you feel very comfortable while working out. Marsha the owner is very passionate, and it is obvious she loves what she does. They have affordable prices. Live stream and in person classes available right now. Definitely worth a trip!
