The therapists are personable, highly skilled, and effective. They are truly good at what they do.
The administrative staff is nothing short of amazing. They are super helpful and friendly. They make scheduling super easy. Shout out to Kristin for taking the stress out of my ridiculously busy schedule.
As a fitness professional for over 20 years, I can honestly say,
I am pleased that we chose Pryde to walk with my son through his year-long rehabilitation journey. The ENTIRE PRYDE staff made our time there so enjoyable.

I have suffered with back pain for years. The staff at Pryde were phenomenal and I saw improvements within the first few weeks; and best of all, I was shown what I could do on my own to keep my progress going. Everyone from Kristin the receptionist to Chris the staff dog makes it a great place for recovery.

Dr. Joe and his staff are the best! I came with a lot of doubt and uncertainty. They had so much faith in me, that I started believing that I could do all that I was asked to do. Physical Therapy at Pryde was a great experience. The whole staff is very professional. Dr. Joe really helped me get my shoulder injury to heal faster. He explained everything as he was doing it and explained why certain movements work well while others should be avoided. I found it very helpful to not just go through the motions but understand what the motions were doing and how they helped. Dr. Joe knew my limitations and helped me to recover. He was very careful that the exercises would not cause additional damage. He was also very honest about when he thought I could do the exercises on my own and complete the physical therapy. He provided at-home exercises and told me to let him know if I have any questions or need to come see him again. Highly recommend Pryde. I had a fantastic experience and can honestly say that my injury healed faster because of their help.

The entire staff at Pryde is simply the best. Not only are they professional, they are uplifting, kind and encouraging. Dr. Joe helped my son after a serious foot injury and is amazing. The personal trainers are so positive as well and we are grateful for this experience.
