New ownership is great, the Ladies in the office are very helpful and very nice people, and Mike the Maintenance is quick to response, and is great st his job

Visited here for trick-or-treat. The units look very nice inside and out! People were friendly. Parking no too far from the buildings, plus the units had garages and driveways. Very quit, although it was Halloween, so maybe people were out?

The only thing was the Railroad track was super close. I don't mind the noise, just don't want the kids goofing around and getting hurt.

Our hosts didn't have any complaints. I thought about giving 4 stars bc I don't like condos, but they were really nice. When was looking for a place to live a few years back, I checked out some pricey places in Canton. These are much nicer. Of course, they were built in like, 2018, but still.

I was very happy with the response to my maintenance request from Mike Macintosh. He provided great service in addressing issues with my furnace. It had stopped working several times and he completed a full reset of the system and provided background for the issues. I really appreciated his prompt help - really great experience!
