I've truly enjoyed working with Kim. Excellent communication which is something missing in a customer service industry these days. Prompt replies, very clear with coverage and answering any questions I may have. Would recommend working with Kim if you're in the market for insurance. You won't be disappointed!

Kim was the absolute best! I had issues with my previous insurance company when it came to insurance for my home. My brother recommended I call and I was matched with Kim. She was able to get me set up and have at least a base understanding of how home owners insurance worked which really helped me feel confident in what I purchased. Would easily recommend any day of the week!

Fantastic and super friendly service! The office representative Kim was very responsive, able to answer all and any questions I had, and quick to help me switch over my plan from out of state! She did a great job explaining new policy changes and drafting quotes that fit my needs. Would definitely recommend!
