I’ve been working out with Brandon since fall of 2022. I’ve gotten stronger and leaner, losing 30+ lbs since we started working out together. He encourages my healthy nutrition that has been key in my improvements, and builds work outs that focuses on both my weaknesses and strengths! I’m most proud of my improvements in squats and glute exercises, which I am typically not good at. I am happy to have found him, and I would highly recommend him!
Brandon knows so much about the best way to lift to achieve my goals. He has so much knowledge. But he also genuinely cares which is huge. Even when I'm not working with him on a specific day,and I'm in the gym, he always has advice and feedback.

I met Brandon earlier this year on Instagram. I had reached out to get some help with my bench pressing, which led him to helping me with my squats and deadlifts, which led me to this point where he has become the trainer I didn't even know I needed.
I am currently enrolled in an online strength training program, which I love, but there is only so much single angle filmed form checks can do. This is where Brandon brings my training to the next level. He is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. He brings his real life power lifting and strong man experience to the table and this makes him very special. The one on one, in-person training has dramatically changed my big lifts.
He records me when I lift and we look over it to see what went great and what needs work. His training cues are simple, easy to understand and I am able to incorporate them when I train at home. There is always a plan from start to finish. The finish, I have to say, is my favorite part. Brandon throws in a strong man move at the end of my lifts. There is always a hidden purpose for the one he chooses and these moves are so fun and make me feel so confident.
