We love all of the Dearborn store associates, but…Douaa is THE BEST associate in the store! She is knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, kind, patient, understanding sweet and possesses expert customer service skills. Douaa not only knows me by name but she remembers my family members and inquires of them when they are not with me; she makes me feel like family! We LOVE the Dearborn store…it’s our family’s EXCLUSIVE one stop shop for all of our ATT needs!

Got a new phone from here and was happy with my experience at this store. The representative Zee got me my new samsung phone, let me keep my same number, and got me some accessories for the phone with a discount. Love ot here

This store has amazing customer service all around. From the workers to the owners. They really look forward to helping anyone that walks in. I came in with questions about my bill and I walked out with 3 new phones because they informed me about the deals they had available. I traded in my phones and was able to finance my accessories as well. Definitely recommend this store to everyone with at&t or anyone wanting to switch over.
