Dawn at Blue Diamond is simply the best! She's driven me to the airport for work multiple times and she's such an absolute joy. She's an incredibly safe driver and has a wonderful outlook on life. Flew into Detroit for an interview. After 3 Ubers cancelled, making me very late for my interview, Blue Diamond was on it. My driver Dawn dropped everything to pick me up. I used Blue Diamond this weekend for my son’s prom. They were very professional and extremely accommodating after some last minute changes I needed to make regarding final drop off. Even my first call to them when made the arrangements were very different than the other places I had called. And I had called at least 8-10 other limousine services. The Blue Diamond customer service person was knowledgeable, professional and I felt comfortable with them handling my precious cargo! The Cadillac Escalade was very clean and looked brand new!
