Very good overall customer experience at the hearing center - Dr Romano and Erica did a fantastic job helping me understand hearing loss and make sound decisions - my one consider for the hearing center is to revisit customer service when scheduling clients and then initial/registration experience - professionalism and great customer experience has to be at every step in the process

Serafina Romano is a very patient audiologist. She helped my 90 year old dad to get fitted for new hearing aids that he would be able to hear much better from. She was patient with him and so concerned that he hear properly out of them. I'm sorry Harold had a horrible experience. I've been dealing with this hearing center for quite a few years now and I've been nothing but happy with them. Dr. Lopaton referred me to this Clinic about 5 years ago.
