The floor associates always go out of there way to help the customers. When I am down an isle shopping and they see me. They always approach me and ask if I need help and I usually do need help lifting. They are very very helpful. They always ask if they can take it to my car before I am ready to check out. I've been going to this shop for many years as it's in my neighborhood. They finally remodeled the place, added automatic doors for easier entry, better Floorplan, and added grooming station which seems awesome. Never had issue with the service either.. now only if I could remember to take my discount coupon with me.. 😅

The addition of pet washing stations and groomers is outstanding!
Never met any staff that wasn't top-notch. Especially the white-haired lady, sorry name escapes me, and I love the groomers.
