(July 7, 2023, 2:06 pm)Excellent! Sam is great and very patient. Had multiple pairs of slacks shortened. This order was ready as scheduled. Also had jackets remodeled, perfect! His staff is pleasant and courteous. What more can one ask! If they are busy, do not expect modifications to be done the same day. It is not reasonable.
