“I got to the pharmacy drive-thru and pressed the call button. I thought maybe I didn't fully press it the first time so I pressed it again. Nobody came to the window, but I could see them inside. I waited for what felt like 15 minutes while cars were lining up behind me and leaving. All the while I was complaining on the phone talking about how I was going to call their boss. When the woman did show up at the window she noticed that my dad was allergic to a certain medicine and the medicine that she was about to hand over could possibly cause an allergic reaction. I was on the phone with my parents going back and forth on whether we wanted the medicine or not. Ultimately, my dad wanted to take it. They took their time with me, and they did not show any frustration even though it was a frustrating situation. Therefore, they redeemed themselves. I take away one star because it would have been more professional for them to acknowledge the fact that I was there while I was waiting. Other than that, they calmed the beast that was emerging.”

The opener on Mondays, Sarah, Muj, and more that I can’t recall their names at the moment make it so comfortable. They’re always around if you need help and they don’t make it feel like you’re bugging them. Great safe space.”
