I've lived at this complex for 6.5 years (2 apartments, recently moved into the 2nd one about 4 months ago). All in all, this apartment complex gives you some bang for your buck. It's pretty quiet, the walls are not paper thin like all of the new condos in Austin, and the maintenance crew responds to issues very quickly. Management team hasn't changed much since I moved in and the apartments themselves are renovated in and in decent condition.

I have lived here for at least two years, almost three. My experience has been a very good one. Keep in mind that peoples’ perspective can vary a lot. What I consider a good experience, another person may not, and vice versa.

I do find the barking from the dog park to be very annoying. However, if you happen to love dogs, then I guess such a sound would feel like heaven.

The maintenance has been pretty good. The apartment streets tend to look spotless. But there is often trash/spider webs in the stairwells and in hallways that are oddly neglected. Someone just needs to walk through the buildings once a month or something and clean out the stairwells with a broom.

The staff has generally been very responsive to problems I have reported. However, they need to change the vendor they are working with regarding the gate system. The gate system has rarely worked in the time I have been here. For some reason, the management has been reluctant to acknowledge they need a very different solution. The same problem keeps happening, which is that lightning storms damage equipment that takes a long time to replace, or otherwise cause problems that take a long time to properly fix. For years, the management has been patching this up with the exact same band-aid that keeps peeling off after a few months. They must accept the fact it’s time to work with another company with different technology for the gate. The current vendor, friendly though they may be, has failed them.

I have had no problems with pests, until very recently, but I think it’s because of the recent anomalous hot weather. In my experience, traditional pest deterrents (traps, bait, etc.) tend to work very well. Since placing bait, I’ve not had issues. I am confident the staff will help if traditional solutions do not appear to work.

And so, if you are so unfortunate as to have to live in Texas, this place is one of your best bets.

I have lived in Austin for the past 5 years, and every single year I have moved to different complexes. This complex was by far my best experience! Management really stepped up throughout my time here and the community is quaint. I even extended my lease here for another year but since I bought a house I left the complex. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!

I absolutely love my apartment complex, everyone is so sweet and kind. I recently moved into another building and Kaylee was helping me throughout the entire process. I went to visit her one day and told her my concern with my last apartment being too dark and I needed another one with more windows to help my Mental Health. She understood right then and there, there was no questions after that. She got right on it trying to find another apt for me. It all worked out so perfectly, we found the one, and moved in 2 weeks later. Kaylee is my girl, she meets people where they are, she understands. Anything that was missing she put in the request right then and there. She is fast and efficient, thank you Kaylee for understanding my needs!!
