Were the lines long? Sure. Despite them being short staffed I was taken care of. The first car I was given had the maintenance service lights on turn shortly after I left the lot and Ms. Jeet was gracious to upgrade my vehicle to something better when I returned the next day. Thank you Ms. Jeet for your great customer service.

I had dealt with a few mishaps. I was able to book a larger rental online (being under 25). When I had gotten to the rental place I was no longer allowed and needed someone of 25 years old to accompany me.

I asked my mother to put it in her name as she was driving with me and all was well.

They quickly got us a 2021 black Chevy Tahoe. Super clean and drove so nice 17hrs cross the country from MI to TX.

There is a hold of $200-$300 which is released after returning the vehicle.

Shuttle bus seats are red too))) and very sod with cushions))) rental car assistant was very nice and kind. Fortunately, there was no line when we got here, and we got our car in a minute. The car we got was new and spacious, clean with no smell. Some rental cars have specific smell sometimes, even if it a newer car. Hopefully our was not.

Though they were tired working through late night, they were able to help me quick and efficiently. I had to figure out certain options and they took their time to help me sort out. The first car they provided me was having maintenance light and low tire pressures, they changed my vehicle quickly and made sure everything was well before I picked up the car. Very helpful customer service.
