El Rancho Mexican Restaurant

We love lunch at El Rancho, we eat the same thing each time, la tampiquena. Although the prices have increased the service and ambience is the same and we appreciate that.

Stopped in for lunch with my sons. They loved their steak tacos. The wet burrito with pork rojo was tasty and huge. I struggled to finish the whole portion and that doesn't happen often. The chips, salsa and complimentary beans were also great. We'll be back when we're in Detroit again.

They have the best 😋#1 wet burrito in southwest Detroit But sadly ☹️the Wet burritos price went up to $15.99😦. waitresses are friendly and attentive.i had the large Botana it was ok.the place is clean.🍽️

Authentic Mexican dishes in Detroit. Our family friend recommended this place and dined here for dinner. Loved the food in general. I just assumed that steak and meat would be grilled or smoked at least. It would have added some great flavour to the dish. That touch of grill and smoke was missing for me. Otherwise, all dishes and sangria were great. Fried taco was an instant favourite among kids...but once again grilled meat would be more flavouraful.
