Amazing experience. Helped me with same day oil change and inspection. Great staff members, very friendly. Great waiting room too. Helped with all my questions and pointed me to Ford Pass.
Customer Service was very professional and friendly. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and ask could he help me. I provide he with mt appointment time and name and was assisted right away. My wait time was absolutely beautiful 30mins maybe 45min but it went by quick. My car key representative. paperwork was returned to me and I was walked to my car by the Customer service rep.
