The folks at Ray Laethem Jeep Chrysler treated me very well. I'm from out of state and they made the trip and experience worth it. Bought a van from them and they took care of me before, during and AFTER the sale. I had some minor concerns with the vehicle (nothing major!) and they took care of it. I feel these people are honest and committed to service. I didn't feel like "just a number" which most dealerships have made me feel like. The financing detail takes hours. Shouldn't take 5 hours, then "oh we need 1more document". But, I recently moved back home. And understand that the financing takes longer. My salesman Drew was awesome. He stuck with the process and got me the vehicle I wanted..

Update ,Less than a year later my check engine light came on a few days ago and I called to find out when I could bring my truck in for service, the person who answered the phone was very helpful and professional but when I arrived with my truck in the service dept the young man nsmed Mark was very rude to me; he said who told you to bring your truck here?? And do you have an appointment??? Then he said we are really backed up right now and wont be able to get you in for 5-7 days! So I explained to him that I did call and I was told to bring the truck in over the phone. Also when I walked in no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help , I saw people sitting at desks and totally ignoring me until a woman finally said can I help you and she directed me where to park and how to get to the service dept. Hopfully the staff gets more training on how to treat customers.
