  I had no complaints with the shop, the best thing about it on one of the hottest days they had air. You would be surprised how many shops are working without it

  They were VERY professional and knowledgeable about my specific car issues and the manager was concerned with the diagnosis that the Cadillac dealership had given me? Ron, I believe the manger's name is even told me what to do to get my money back from the dealership?? Now that's service!! Great job from the entire staff, but in particularly Ron the manager!! I will DEFINITELY be back and I will tell EVERYONE about Precision Tune on 8 mile!!!

  This is a great place to do business with. Very friendly staff. They went out of their way to explain what was wrong with my car and repaired it fast. This will be my new first place to go to fix my cars.

  This is a small shop on the eight mile road. I've got a Groupon coupon for my Car's Wheel alignment. I reached about 8:10 AM in the morning, by that time, there were four to five people in the queue already. Since they have only three people working, it took till 12 PM to finish my car servicing. They haven't charged even a penny extra besides redeeming Groupon coupon. I was surprised and asking if there were some additional charges (I was charged 8 to 10$ extra for oil changes at different stores). They also said, they don't charge anything extra for any service if we have a Groupon. It's been one week since the service, I have no complaints about their service or the pricing. I'll definitely visit again!
