Universal Coney Island

Great good service. I ordered a double bacon cheese burger and it was prefect. I loved it.

I just hate their lobby is closed other than that the black guy who works day shift always makes my burgers so right ! I get the cheeseburger and he’s the only one i prefer to make it 😂 and it’s no disrespect to the other cooks the food is good in general and this is one of my favorite coneys on the west side ❤️

They are usually very polite when I go. The food is still hot by the time I get home. The selection is good. It is a little pricy for a Coney Island so if you're on a budget, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. To me , I'd rather pay a little more knowing my food is going to be cooked correctly. Also, I damaged my car on the pole they have (totally my fault) but I wish it wasn't there to begin with. I also wish they had a better and more clear menu online rather than user uploaded photos. Other than that, I have no complaints.
